Sisters Of Charity Foundation Of Cleveland

Description

The Foundation uses its resources to achieve long-term improvement in health, housing, and education in the city of Cleveland. The Foundation’s Good Samaritan Grant Program support nonprofits in Northeast Ohio for which a modest grant would make a difference in their capacity to provide basic goods and services to individuals living in poverty. The Foundation defines “basic goods and services” as those that generally encompass food, clothing, emergency shelter, identification, and transportation to locations where needed services can be accessed. Necessary goods associated with basic needs such as utilities and hygiene products, stipends and other goods will also be considered as will services associated with finding employment or attending school.
