DescriptionThe Foundation’s mission is to improve the lives of children in low-income settings across the globe by empowering local communities to creatively solve their most pressing child health challenges. The Foundation’s 2019 Innovative Small Grants Program seeks to improve the health and well-being of newborn infants during their first month of life. The Foundation will consider a range of technologies and approaches including both biomedical and social science projects that show promise, are innovative, and may have widespread application. Projects that involve only general medical care of children, but without innovative aspects, will not be considered. All countries are eligible to apply.
