DescriptionFounded in New Zealand, the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts span the globe including in the United States. The philanthropic arm of the luxury real estate Company, the Foundation focuses its grantmaking on sponsoring and supporting people in need. The Foundation focuses on people first, doing the right thing, being courageous, and fun and laughter. Grants support reputable, community-based nonprofits, which need funding for projects and initiatives designed to benefit as many people as possible. Applicants may apply as a national or regional organization, however the application must be for a specific community event, project, item, or initiative.
