DescriptionThe Endowment’s Challenge America Fast-Track Grants support the reach of the arts to underserved populations, including those whose opportunities to experience the arts are limited by geography, ethnicity, economics, or disability. The Challenge America grants of $10,000 will be awarded to projects designed to bring the arts to underserved populations. A minimum match from an outside funder of $10,000 is required. Applicants are encouraged to consider partnerships among organizations, both in and outside the arts, as appropriate. Applicants must be a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization in the U.S.; a unit of state or local government; or a federally recognized tribal community or tribe. All organizations must have a three year history of programming prior to the application deadline. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
