DescriptionThe Foundation is responding to a call, a global challenge, to take spiritual as well as physical responsibility for our common home. The Foundation supports projects that engage with contemporary issues at their root, with the understanding that ecological, cultural, and spiritual renewal are interdependent. The Foundation envisions a future rooted in fundamental values, such as compassion, respect, dignity, reverence for nature, and care for each other and the Earth. The Foundation makes grants to people and projects working to reconnect ecology, culture, and spirituality, seeding an emerging movement of leaders working from a foundation of service, interconnectedness, and reverence for the Earth. While grant applications are accepted by invitation only, the Foundation encourages potential applicants to introduce it to their work. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
