Description

The Foundation focuses its grantmaking on proposals utilizing innovative practices in K-12 education. Priority is given to curricular and school reform initiatives and the preparation of and professional development opportunities for teachers, particularly those which encourage people of high ability and diverse background to enter and remain in K-12 teaching. In addition, the Foundation also provides modest support of activities in Marion, Mass., and surrounding communities, which will improve the quality of life for residents in the area. Grant applications are accepted beginning Feb. 1 and must be received no later than March 15. Additional details including proposal submission instructions and an online application form can be found on the Web site.
